Prior to your pet’s scheduled appointment, you can expect to receive confirmation emails to ensure you are still able to attend. We also call you 48hrs before your appointment, if email is not an option. When you arrive at your pet’s appointment, we ask that you keep your pet in your vehicle during the check in process. You can either call to check in or come inside and speak with a representative.
Once an exam room is available, a technician will call you to come inside with your pet. Having your pets wait in the vehicle where they are more comfortable is less stimulating compared to waiting in the lobby where there is high traffic, sounds, and scents. This makes for a less stressful visit not only for your pet, but you as well.
