You heard right, we are accepting new clients! To set up your new account with us, please fill out all of the information listed below. To help speed up the process, please ensure all of your pet’s prior medical records have been emailed to us: pvs@penobscotvet.com. Please keep in mind, we can not set up an account for you and your pet until we have received these medical records.
If you would still like to schedule an appointment with us, we do require all pets prior medical history (including rescues or clinics) before we can start an account here. The most efficient way for us to receive records is via our direct email address – pvs@penobscotvet.com.
We ask that you check back with us to ensure that we have received all of your pets history.
For puppies and kittens, please call (207) 947-6783, to ensure your pet is vaccinated with proper immunization. As vaccines under the age of 20 weeks are time sensitive.
